US domestic shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $100. For orders under $100, standard shipping is available at a flat rate of $15. You can expect your order to arrive in 3-7 business days depending on your location.

International shipping

We’re excited to offer international shipping to select countries. Rates will vary depending on your location and the size of your order. Delivery times typically range from 7-14 business days, depending on customs processing and the destination country.

Expedited Shipping:
For those who can’t wait, we offer expedited shipping options at checkout. Orders placed with expedited shipping will be processed the same day (if placed before 1:00 PM PT) and delivered within 2-3 business days.

RETURNS

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email at golfnogolfclo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.

  2. Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we’ll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions.

  3. Shipping Your Return: Pack your items securely, and include the RA number on the package. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

  4. Refund or Exchange: Once we receive your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. If you opted for an exchange, we will ship out the replacement item as soon as possible.

14 Days to Return

We accept returns within 14 days of your purchase. After 14 days, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, gift cards, or customized pieces.
